NEW CHECKS MAILED - A free box of New South checks were ordered and mailed on February 24th for those members who actively write checks according to the check printer’s records.

DEBIT CARDS – Your New South Debit Card has been mailed. You should carefully read the insert included with the card for instructions on activating your new card.

CU CLOSED WEDNESDAY, MARCH 1st - The News Sentinel CU office will be closed on Wednesday, March 1st to make the transition of accounts and computer. On March 2nd, members will be able to access their accounts and use any of the 4 New South offices.
ACCOUNTS FROZEN AT 4 PM FEBURARY 28th - All KNSECU accounts must be blocked from any type of transaction from 4:00 pm on February 28th thru 6:00 pm on March 1st to ensure all accounts are accurately transferred. Access to accounts through debit cards, checks, online access, etc. will be frozen.
You should make plans to withdraw any cash that you may need during this brief stoppage before 4:00 pm on February 28th. Again, all access to your accounts will be blocked from 4:00 pm on the 28th until 6:00 pm on the 1st.
